Your primary focus will be coordinating the end-to-end reporting process-from data collection and validation to final report generation and distribution. You'll ensure that all reports meet established quality standards, are delivered on schedule, and accurately reflect the information stakeholders need to guide their strategies. Working closely with Project Managers and global teams, you'll become the central coordination point for reporting activities, managing timelines, resolving data discrepancies, and maintaining consistency across deliverables. Through proactive communication and meticulous documentation, you'll align reporting requirements with stakeholder expectations while contributing to our culture of collaboration that spans locally and across the globe.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nCoordinate the preparation and delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports for global projects and client deliverables\nValidate data accuracy and completeness before incorporating information into reports and dashboards\nDesign and maintain standardized reporting templates that ensure consistency and professionalism across all outputs\nImplement automated reporting workflows using Power Automate and Power BI to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times\nCollaborate with Project Managers and regional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives\nMonitor reporting schedules and proactively communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and meet deadlines\nResolve data inconsistencies and quality issues by working with data owners and subject matter experts\nExplore and implement AI tools to enhance reporting productivity, identify trends, and improve data visualization\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes, templates, and quality control procedures\nRequired qualifications:\nMinimum 2 years of professional experience in reporting coordination, business intelligence, or data quality management\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and Power Automate\nDemonstrated experience creating reports, managing reporting schedules, and ensuring data accuracy\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting deliverables simultaneously\nAdvanced English language skills (written and verbal) for effective communication with global stakeholders\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free reports\nProven ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and communicate clearly with diverse audiences\nPreferred qualifications:\nFamiliarity with AI-powered tools and their application to reporting automation and data visualization\nExperience working in real estate, facilities management, or corporate services environments\nKnowledge of data governance principles and reporting best practices\nBackground in SQL, Python, or other tools for data extraction and manipulation\nExperience with dashboard design and creating compelling data visualizations\nFamiliarity with agile project methodologies and collaborative work management platforms\nLocation:\nOn-site -Belen, CRIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
