Guest Relationship Executive

Property and Asset Management

What this job involves

• Guest Greeting: Welcome arriving guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, and oversee VIP movements, manage arrival lists, and ensure special needs or requests are met promptly.
• Inquiry Management: Provide details on hotel amenities, local attractions, and city directions.
• Complaint Resolution: Address guest issues promptly and escalate complex problems to management when necessary. Address and de-escalate guest concerns or feedback quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Feedback Collection: Gather regular customer feedback and coordinate service recovery steps.
• Department Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage teams to prepare rooms and fulfill special requests.
• Staff Leadership: Supervise front desk, reception, and concierge teams, leading by example and setting performance standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor facility appearance, track service issues, and analyze guest reviews to improve ratings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Strong verbal and written command of English with active listening abilities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing personality, professional demeanor, and a customer-first mindset.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with hotel software like Opera or Micros, and general CRM tools.
• Experience: Diploma or degree in hospitality management with 1-2 years of relevant hotel or residential or Commercial Property or resort experience.

Client:

You will be working on Waterstones, which is a Commercial Property, located in Mumbai.

Site dynamics:

Work Schedule and other site details if any: Site team: e.g.: Property Manager +2

Reporting:

You will be accountable directly to the Estate Manager.

You will be building, maintaining, supporting and validating performance of subordinate security staff. You must pay attention to detail and possess the ability to use logical thought processes to develop solutions for short term and long-term Security needs; Demonstrate integrity in the performance of assigned tasks.
