You'll maintain the high standards that make our mall a premier destination by sanitizing restrooms, cleaning public areas, keeping the food court spotless, and responding promptly to cleaning requests throughout the property. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety protocols as you use cleaning chemicals and equipment to keep Town Center at Cobb looking its best\nExpected Schedule: 40 hours per week across 5 days, Saturday and Sunday availability is required\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nClean and sanitize public areas including entrances, corridors, restrooms, elevators, escalators, and seating areas\n\nSweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the mall to maintain a professional appearance\n\nEmpty trash bins, clean waste disposal areas, and ensure proper waste segregation\n\nMaintain cleanliness in food court areas including tables, floors, and condiment stations\n\nReplenish restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels\n\nWipe down glass doors, display windows, and signage as needed\n\nRespond promptly to cleaning requests, spills, or accidents\n\nReport maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to your supervisor immediately\n\nRequired qualifications:\nPrior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience, preferably in malls or public facilities\n\nBasic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment, including safe handling practices\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards\n\nGood communication and customer service skills\n\nPhysical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nPreferred qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nExperience working in high-traffic retail or commercial environments\n\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
