Duties & responsibilities
What this job involves -
HR Transition Management
o Accountable for the management of end-to-end execution of HR solution associated with outsourcing contracts and agreements
o Responsible for overall project management and direction for transition and integration activities, overseeing activities for multiple countries across Asia Pacific and Globally; must be able to manage multiple transitions at a time
o Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to implement critical recruitment activities to ensure placement of service delivery team on time and within budget
o Provide guidance to Geo HR team members to ensure the requirements of the HR solution and deal summary are fully understood and implemented through transition, Go Live, and post Go Live (business as usual)
o Act as a trusted consultant to key Client and internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, independently make decisions and meet Client requirements
o Implement risk management strategies and ensure employee transfer adherences to local legislation; ensure smooth and timely transfer of staff onto JLL HR and payroll systems
o Provide regular project updates to the Client and internal stakeholders
o Provide support to HR teams across the region to develop and share best practice approach to staff transfer activities
o Apply knowledge of business and HR principles involved in coordination of people and resources to identify improvement areas and implement best practice approach to employee transfer processes
o Manage effective handover to Regional HR Business Partner after transition service commencement
Stakeholder Management
o Define end-to-end transition plan including scope, timeline, recruitment plan, and risk mitigation plan to ensure smooth execution of HR transition activities
o Ensure continuous interaction with Client to understand Client’s requirements; must be able to influence and advise Client on complex processes related to employee transfer and recruitment
o Consult with internal and client stakeholders to identify and resolve any issues to avoid or minimise any disruption to service delivery
o Demonstrate flexibility within established process to meet Client’s requirements; navigate complex situations and make decisions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to obtain agreed outcome that works for JLL and for the Client
Ad-hoc Projects/Initiatives
o Instigate and lead process improvement projects as and when required
o Support new business, expansion and transformation as and when required
Candidate Specification
Experience
o Prior experience managing staff outsourcing in MNC environment; must be able to manage complex regional and global transitions to timeline and within budget
o Experience managing projects/programs with multiple priorities and executive level stakeholders
o Proven experience delivering HR activities and initiatives, consulting with multiple stakeholders to meet defined deadlines
o Experience dealing with multiple countries and cultures
Task Skills
o Analyse HR-related data and prepare required reports/updates
o Ability to interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, or regulations and provide consultative advice to internal and client stakeholders
o Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
o Good command of verbal and written English to influence, advise, and convey information effectively

Qualifications / Education
o Bachelor’s degree required, a Master’s degree preferred
o Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience within HR
