Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.\nWhat this job involves\nOversee revenue accounting processes, including monthly close activities, account reconciliations, and related financial reporting.\nParticipate in all aspects of the revenue month-end close, including preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, and supporting SEC disclosures and reporting requirements.\nEnsure compliance with ASC 606 and related guidance, confirming that all revenue is recognized appropriately.\nPerform preliminary contract analysis and prepare revenue schedules as needed.\nMaintain documentation to support audit and compliance activities.\nResearch revenue accounting guidance as required and prepare technical accounting memos and contract summaries to support conclusions.\nCoordinate with the Revenue Manager on judgmental transactions and address any missing information.\nMaintain comprehensive financial and control records, along with supporting documentation, for audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.\nIdentify and implement process improvements; make recommendations to enhance revenue accounting procedures.\nSupport revenue-related projects, including system design, testing, and implementation of new or updated processes.\nSound like you?
