This includes oversight on analysis, review, development and execution of programs, standards and strategies.\nWhat this job involves:\nResponsibilities:\nReview the Business line’s current Training systems \nInitiate Training Needs Analysis to identify the training requirements\nBench mark, introduce procedures and workflows, introduce and measure performance across business functions to ensure consistency across customer experience\nDevelop measurement system to monitor, track and reward team members\nDevelop tools to measure contract performance, develop dashboards and reports for business consumption\nWork closely with Operations leadership and provide oversight for day-to-day operations\nConduct regular audits to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy\nDevelop and implement a standard governance framework\nLead projects as may be assigned, and ensure that milestones are met\nWork with Global Lean Six Sigma team for the process improvement initiatives for the business\nSounds like you?
