Working closely with the Workplace Experience Manager and Concierge Lead, you'll manage a diverse range of responsibilities spanning visitor services, facility operations, vendor coordination, and administrative support. This is far from a traditional reception role-you'll actively engage with stakeholders at all levels, assist with event coordination, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations across the site. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you'll experience this firsthand as you partner with multiple teams to deliver outstanding workplace experiences.\nAn overview of the role:\nGreet all visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, managing reception duties including refreshments, name badges, incoming calls, and guest escorts\nOversee access badge administration, new starter onboarding, meeting room bookings, and event setups to ensure seamless workplace operations\nMaintain consumables inventory and conduct daily site inspections to ensure all spaces are well-supplied, clutter-free, and aligned with quality standards\nSupport event management and coordinate with cross-functional teams on catering delivery, room arrangements, and health and safety compliance\nManage IT hardware assets, courier distribution, car parking requests, and serve as a key team member during emergency situations\nThe role works closely with the Workplace Coordinator Site Lead Canberra and ANZ Concierge Lead.\nRequests are received and managed through Microsoft Teams, rather than incoming phone calls.\nAct as the key point of contact during the absence of the Canberra Site Lead.\nSounds like you?
