Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.\nWhat this job involves:\nLaunch your career in maintenance and engineering at JLL!\nThe Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and light maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.\nExpected Schedule: 40 hours per week across 5 days, Saturday and Sunday availability is required\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nAssist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment \nPerform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or painting \nComplete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintains appropriate service documentation \nMaintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditions \nWork closely under the direction of Operating Engineers, Chief Engineers and others \nParticipate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs \nSupport on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable) \nOther projects and tasks to be assigned \nOn-site presence required\nComplete job description available on JLL's internal portal\nRequired qualifications:\n1-2 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry \nTrade school, union training, military service or college is desirable \nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs \nComfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall \nAbility to frequently climb, bend, kneeling, lift and/or drive \nStrong customer service skills \nValid driver license \nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
