In this role, you will:\nUphold excellence and high standards in our preventive maintenance programs and conservation practices.\nWork closely with the building manager to monitor M&E projects, ensuring their quality and timely delivery.\nDeliver complete and accurate facility management reports consistently.\nCarry out regular inspections, quality control, and supervision of technicians and sub-contractors.\nProvide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services to the client.\nContribute to hitting financial targets, achieving key performance indicators, and meeting service level agreements.\nEnsure 24-hour emergency support by acting as the initial first responder, being familiar with all appropriate processes and procedures.\nShaping a system of best practices\nYour engineering prowess will be your toolkit for success. Your responsibilities will include:\nManaging on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations, and civil maintenance.\nPreparing the list of critical spares for all installations based on manufacturers’ recommendations.\nProviding engineering and technical assessments to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and implement solutions.\nPlanning the maintenance inventory for in-house teams.\nDeveloping and implementing a pre-emptive maintenance program to prevent critical equipment failures.\nEnsuring all logbooks, checklists, and schedules are kept up-to-date.\nArranging ad-hoc M&E setups based on client requirements.\nQualifications:\nA diploma or degree in engineering, ideally in electrical or mechanical engineering.\nThree to seven years of experience in facilities management.\nThe ability to work as part of a diverse team, both in a leadership capacity and as an individual contributor.\nFamiliarity with the functionality of IBMS/BMS alarm management and maintenance modules is an added advantage.\nAt JLL, we make sure that you become the best version of yourself by helping you realize your full potential in an entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment.
