Achieve your ambitions - join us at JLL!\nRole Purpose\nThe Meeting, Events & Food Services (MEFS) Manager role is primarily intended to ensure the high quality and consistent delivery of food services & meeting/events across various regions/sites. The MEFS Manager will have specific responsibility for the management of certain vendor relationships services across the area(s) and responsibility for ensuring that the IFM team is consistent in quality, delivery, solutions and all arrangements around meetings and events and food services provision. To achieve this, the MEFS Manager will work very closely with the EMEA Program Team and onsite delivery teams. The MEFS Manager is expected to seek and identify best practice from across the wider JLL and the Food services industry in order to grow and develop service delivery with the areas of responsibility.\nWhat this job involves\nOverall responsibility for key vendor relationships:\n Management of the vendor relationship for employee catering services. Service provision includes:\nEmployee Dining\nBarista Coffee Shop\nVendor Pop ups\nHospitality for Events (including external catering providers)\nManagement of other vendor relationships such as:\nCoffee machine services\nVending machine services\nFruit/Milk (and other free issue items) vendor management\nVarious ancillary services under the scope of the contracts, including for example deep cleaning, which may change from time to time\nOversee the management of the in-house service meetings & events. Service provision includes:\nRoom Bookings\nHospitality ordering\nRoom Set-ups\nWorking closely with key groups and vendors, such as cleaning, security and AV (as above)\nThe MEFS Manager is responsible for ensuring that vendors are managed in line with the IFM vendor management process, and in accordance with contracts, measurable KPIs and SLAs.\nIn all instances, the MEFS Manager is responsible for working closely with the onsite delivery teams to ensure that:\nFull compliance to EHS regulations is continuously achieved\nServices are managed and delivered consistently across the portfolio of sites\nNew sites are seamlessly mobilised, working closely with the Sourcing Manager\nVendor is managed in line with the IFM vendor management process\nVendor is managed strictly in line with both IFM and client contract, and associated agreed SLAs and KPIs\nReporting flows through from the vendors to the IFM team in accordance with IFM and client requirements\nBudgets and all financial requirements flow through from the vendors to the IFM team in accordance with IFM and client requirements\nKey relationships are built with Facilities Managers, Assistant Facilities Managers, Soft/Hard Services Managers and EMEA Program Team in order to ensure delivery goals are met\nBuild a strong relationship with the onsite client\nSupport on RFP’s related to the MEF role\nCreate and maintain SOPs and SOWs for the catering division\nConduct audits (as above) quarterly across all catering areas\nThe Meeting, Events & Food Services Manager role will also be expected to ensure the consistency and quality of all other GREF (Global Real Estate & Facilities) mandated Hospitality services offered within the regions. For example:\nServices/products offered in tea points\nProvision of standard products in meeting rooms\n\nKey Performance Indicators\nSLA & KPI tracking systems (PPM and Critical PPM compliance measurement)\nResponse time to Service Requests within the Client’s severity requirements\nCompliance with local Health and Safety regulations\nCustomer Satisfaction\nPursue continuous improvement\nAbility to work in collaborative team environment\nVendor/contract management\nExcellent verbal & written communication\nHigh level of IT literacy\nStrong communication skills\nPractical experience in food services contract delivery\nDemonstrates a good working knowledge of soft services\nIdeally 6 years + exposure in Food or hospitality role within a large commercial organization.\nExperience of owning facilities contracts and supplier/ contractor management\nExperience of managing conferencing services essential\nExperience of working with quality, environmental and EHS management systems essential\nQuality, EHS and environmental related accreditation desirable\nHCIMA Membership desirable\nFacilities Management industry recognized related qualifications desirable\nEducated to degree level or equivalent\n\nWhat you can expect from us\nYou’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
