To successfully complete daily/weekly work assignments, the Mobile Engineer is expected to demonstrate technical expertise in one craft area (e.g. Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, etc.) and be multi-skilled in others.\nAreas of Responsibility\nMaintenance\nPerformance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.\nMaintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings.\nMaintain HVAC systems and equipment at optimum levels (e.g., cleaning, inspecting, changing parts).\nStudy and become familiar with the various items of equipment, and the methods required to use them properly, that are required in everyday activities.\nMonitor pricing and work quality of outside contractors.\nWhere necessary, record readings and adjust to ensure proper operation of equipment.\nPerform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.\nReview monthly Client Service Request summaries to pinpoint and correct recurrent operational problems.\nRespond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.\nAssist the Facility Management team with emergency situations (e.g., fire alarms, chemical spills, hazardous conditions, inoperative critical equipment) and take appropriate actions.\nSafety\nComplete Hazard Assessments as necessary\nComply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas.
