This role requires you to demonstrate expertise in one specialized craft area while maintaining multi-skilled capabilities across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and central utility plant operations. You will ensure all building systems operate at optimal performance levels while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards that support JLL's commitment to exceptional facility management and client service.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nPerform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems to maintain facility standards\nExecute preventative maintenance programs including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts to optimize HVAC systems and associated equipment performance\nRecord equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation of all facility systems\nReview monthly client service request summaries to identify and resolve recurrent operational problems\nMonitor and evaluate vendor and supplier performance regarding quality standards and competitive pricing\nVerify accuracy of deliveries including count, pricing, and product descriptions\nConduct periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory to ensure operational readiness\nRequired Qualifications:\nTechnical expertise in at least one craft area: Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations\nMulti-skilled capabilities across various building systems and equipment types\nExperience with facility services, preventative maintenance, and inventory control processes\nKnowledge of safety protocols for hazardous material storage, usage, and disposal\nAbility to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems\nUnderstanding of quality control processes and vendor management\nCapability to work independently and complete daily/weekly work assignments effectively\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertification or formal training in building systems maintenance and operations\nExperience with building automation systems and control technologies\nBackground in contractor oversight and maintenance work quality monitoring\nKnowledge of industry standards and building codes for facility operations\nExperience with purchasing processes and cost management for maintenance operations\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
