This role helps deliver a safe, reliable, and productive environment by supporting engineering operations, monitoring equipment performance, and contributing to high-quality site service delivery.\nComp-$43-$50/hour\nShift 6:00 to 2:00 Monday to Friday with on call rotation.\n. What you’ll do:\nOperate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems and equipment, including HVAC systems\nSupport daily engineering operations to help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building performance\nPerform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs\nIdentify operational issues, respond promptly, and escalate as needed\nMaintain logs, records, and maintenance documentation for building and HVAC equipment\nSupport equipment tracking and documentation for HVAC assets, including refrigerant-related information where applicable\nCoordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors to support uninterrupted operations\nLook for practical ways to improve efficiency, service quality, and response times\nWhat we’re looking for:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nRelevant experience in building operations, facilities, maintenance, engineering support, or HVAC environments\nWorking knowledge of HVAC systems, which include heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems\nAbility to support HVAC equipment documentation and maintenance tracking processes\nFamiliarity with refrigerant-specific HVAC equipment and related recordkeeping is a plus\nWorking knowledge of operational systems, maintenance procedures, and safe work practices\nAbility to work within established procedures while exercising sound judgment in day-to-day operations\nStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills\nPreferred qualifications:\nTechnical, vocational, or trade training in HVAC, building systems, or a related field3\nExperience supporting commercial HVAC operations, maintenance records, or equipment workflows\nWhat success looks like:\nSupporting dependable building operations and a positive occupant experience\nDelivering quality work with attention to safety, timeliness, and effectiveness\nContributing to smooth engineering operations and accurate HVAC equipment documentation where required\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
