You will handle preventive and repair work orders, perform facility inspections, and ensure that all installed systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently to support satisfactory client occupancy and operations. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you will be part of a team that supports one another in delivering excellence to every client we serve.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nPerform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and equipment\nMaintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior components, grounds, and production equipment\nComplete hazard assessments and comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and identifying potential hazards\nPerform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as-found conditions impacting client occupancy and operations\nUpdate work order status in real time and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed\nSubmit P-card receipts daily and refer customers or managers in a timely manner for escalating issues\nAttend required work and safety meetings, and complete all scheduled safety trainings\nRequired qualifications:\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent\n4+ years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance\nKnowledge of overall system design and applications\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills\nAbility to lift up to 80 lbs. and work from heights, including frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and overhead work\nAbility to climb a ladder up to 30 feet while carrying a tool bag weighing approximately 20 lbs.\nAvailability for on-call work and other duties as required\nPreferred qualifications:\nTwo years of trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC, plumbing, or other craft skills\nUniversal CFC recovery certification (or obtained within 90 days of employment)\n3rd Party Certification\nWorking knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
