Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n· Oversee complete mall operations including property management, tenant coordination,\ncustomer services, and contract services such as facility management, housekeeping,\nsecurity, and maintenance.\n· Ensure uninterrupted day-to-day operations and a safe, customer-friendly environment\nfor retailers and visitors.\n· Exposure to leasing terminology, trends , and problem solving for timely leasing and\nensure mall is leased 100 %\n· Ensure 100 % operational excellence along with tenants and customer satisfaction.\n· Versed with P & L including rent collection, CAM Budgeting collection, Electricity Billing\nand related utility billing and collection.\n· Identify and track key performance indicators across different retailer categories.\n· Maintain and manage databases for retailer performance and operational parameters.\n· Coordinate with tenants on fit-outs, storefront guidelines, visual merchandising, signage,\nand display standards.\n· Ensure adherence to mall design, branding, and fit-out guidelines.\n· Strong understanding of retail presentation including lighting, fixtures, windows, displays,\nand merchandising solutions.\n· Awareness of storefront trends and evolving retail practices.\n· Establish criteria for vendor categorization, evaluation, and selection.\n· Maintain vendor references and assess commercial capabilities.\n· Monitor vendor performance on delivery, quality, and cost parameters.\n· Conduct periodic vendor reviews and initiate corrective actions when required.\n· Analyze and evaluate ongoing business and operational performance.\n· Support business planning and annual budgeting processes.\n· Ensure timely, accurate MIS and performance reporting to management.\n· Develop strong insights into shopper behavior, preferences, and expectations.\n· Understand retailer requirements including site selection criteria and merchandising\npreferences.\n· Monitor RSI and CSI scores to identify trends and improvement areas.\n· Identify and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and mall footfall.\n· Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory requirements.\n· Knowledge and operation of fire safety equipment and emergency procedures.\n· Implement and monitor safe practices across the mall premises.\n· Manage traffic flow and parking operations for optimal utilization.\n· Plan and manage crowd control during peak hours, events, and emergencies.\n· Handle rush and panic situations effectively with coordination teams.\n· Liaise with local authorities including Police, Fire Department, and Hospitals.\n· Ensure compliance with local regulations and emergency preparedness.\nSkills & Competencies\n· Fluency in English (written and spoken).\n· Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.\n· Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.\n· Leadership skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.\nQualification\n· Degree in Electrical/Mechanical /Marine Engineering/Hotel Management OR equivalent,\nwith min 10-15 years of work experience in Mall Operation & Hotel Management.\nThorough knowledge of computers and software using standard or customized software\napplications appropriate to assigned tasks\nExperience\n· 10-15 years of overall experience in Mall Operations / Hotel operations & / Property\nManagement /.\n· Prior experience at AGM / GM level preferred.\nIndustry Preference\n· Mall Operations\n· Hotel Management\n· Real Estate / Property Management\nReporting:\nYou will be reporting to Asst.
