This role is responsible for alarm escalation, operational compliance, SOP evaluation, operational rounds, and resolution of day-to-day operational challenges. The Operations Supervisor supports safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations while collaborating with client engineers and stakeholders to support system upgrades, operational improvements, and continuous performance enhancement.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nMonitor and support control room operations, including alarm response, escalation protocols, and procedural compliance.\nOversee operational rounds, monitoring activities, and operational documentation to ensure adherence to established standards.\nEvaluate and improve SOPs, work instructions, logbooks, and operational procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.\nEstablish work schedules, assignments, onboarding activities, and training plans for operations team members.\nConduct performance evaluations, manage employee development, and maintain confidential personnel records.\nSupport client engineers during facility upgrades by providing operational coordination, system knowledge, and transition planning.\nCoordinate with supervisors, contractors, client personnel, and hospital administration to communicate operational status, performance updates, and improvement initiatives.\nMonitor KPIs, operational metrics, and compliance requirements while implementing corrective actions as needed.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement related to alarm management, operational efficiency, and system performance.\nProvide operational planning, resource coordination, field oversight, and vacation coverage for leadership roles as required.\nRequired Qualification s:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or related education preferred.\nMinimum experience in control room operations, facilities operations, or building systems supervision.\nStrong knowledge of operational procedures, alarm management, and facility compliance standards.\nExperience leading teams, coordinating schedules, and conducting employee performance evaluations.\nAbility to interpret SOPs, operational documentation, and technical procedures accurately.\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with facility management systems, operational reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced operational environment while managing multiple priorities safely and effectively.\nDriver's License\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting healthcare, hospital, or mission-critical facility environments.\nFamiliarity with building automation systems, CMMS platforms, and control room technologies.\nKnowledge of local building codes, operational compliance requirements, and safety standards.\nExperience supporting facility upgrades, operational transitions, or capital improvement projects.\nUnderstanding of KPI tracking, operational analytics, and performance improvement initiatives.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nPrevious experience participating in continuous improvement or operational excellence programs.\nLocation: Onsite\nScheduled: 1st Shift/Morning Shift Monday Thru Friday.\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
