You'll challenge the status quo constructively, ask the hard questions that uncover root causes, and build trusted relationships through reliable data delivery that stakeholders depend on to make critical decisions.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nAnalyze project portfolio data across multiple client accounts and project types, extracting and transforming information from various sources including project management systems, financial platforms, and operational databases to uncover performance trends, patterns, and anomalies requiring attention\nDesign and build custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations tailored to client and internal stakeholder needs, creating dynamic reporting solutions that provide real-time visibility into portfolio performance while ensuring complex data is communicated in accessible, actionable formats\nOwn the tracking and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) across assigned portfolios, establishing baseline metrics, tracking progress against targets, and developing scorecards that enable proactive intervention when performance deviates from expectations\nServe as power user and subject matter expert for client project management systems of record, maintaining proficiency across multiple platforms simultaneously while ensuring data integrity through regular audits, validation checks, and quality control processes\nPartner proactively with JLL project management teams to understand performance drivers and challenges, asking insightful questions that uncover root causes of KPI variances and facilitating data-driven performance review discussions that drive accountability\nConduct variance analysis and root cause analysis on performance gaps, identifying why deviations occur and providing project managers with actionable intelligence to improve project delivery and outcomes\nIdentify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and performance tracking methodologies, recommending system enhancements and workflow improvements that increase efficiency and data quality across portfolios\nMonitor real-time project data health and flag data quality issues impacting reporting accuracy, working collaboratively with project teams to resolve discrepancies, missing information, and system errors while training teams on proper data entry practices\nRequired qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related technical field\n1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical role; experience in project management, construction, or real estate industries preferred\nFluency in English required; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency preferred to support our diverse, global client base\nAdvanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, macros, and Power Query to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively\nExperience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms to create compelling visual narratives from complex data\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to work with large, complex datasets from multiple sources\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and root cause analysis skills, with capacity to identify patterns and translate findings into actionable recommendations\nSelf-motivated with ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with JLL internal systems such as IngeniousBuild, AdaptiveWork, or other enterprise project management platforms\nPrevious exposure to construction or project management processes and terminology, enabling faster interpretation of project data and more meaningful stakeholder engagement\nBackground in finance, accounting, or budget management as it relates to project controls and financial performance tracking\nExperience supporting multiple portfolios simultaneously across different client accounts, industries, or project types\nUnderstanding of data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and compliance requirements that ensure integrity and reliability of reporting outputs\nLocation:\nOn-site -Belen, CRIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
