You'll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent, compliant, and compassionate handling of critical employee matters.\nWhat your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:\nManager Capability Development & Coaching:\nDeliver end to end targeted coaching and training to managers on performance services best practices and feedback delivery techniques\nAssist managers with drafting and executing written warnings, clarifications of expectations, performance plans and executing terminations.\nProvide individual mentoring and skill-building support to managers to improve their performance services capabilities\nCollaboration with Performance Services Partners\nEffectively partner with employee relations, legal and HR partners to resolve performance services issues\nOperational Excellence and Performance Tools:\nUtilize Workday process documentation to ensure performance services consistency\nUtilize performance services tools including CAI to help managers role play and execute difficult conversations\nSupport Workday system upgrades and process enhancements by testing functionality, gathering user feedback, and recommending improvements\nPerformance Analytics & Continuous Improvement\nUtilize Workday data and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights on performance trends, operational efficiency, and organizational capability gaps\nPresent findings and improvement recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization and business intelligence tools\nCompliance & Quality Assurance:\nEnsure all performance services activities maintain 100% compliance with country, state, and local regulations while optimizing operational efficiency\nSupport conflict resolution processes by providing thorough documentation, analysis, and evidence-based recommendations\nQualifications:\nExperience: 5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated success in performance services, process improvement, or operational roles focusing on performance excellence\nCore Competencies:\nProven experience in performance services and operational excellence\nStrong project services skills and the ability to simplify the complex\nKnowledge of performance services methodologies, and compliance frameworks\nTechnical & Communication Skills: Proficiency in Workday, Excel and data analysis tools, combined with excellent coaching, presentation, and stakeholder services abilities\nLocation:\nOn-site -Bengaluru, KA, Gurugram, HRScheduled Weekly Hours:\n40If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
