Advise clients on various aspects of facilities and compliance program delivery, owning the process from idea to execution. Identify key priorities across programs, align organizational stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality, speed, predictability, and outcomes - including full oversight of Fire Life Safety vendor management and regulatory compliance.\n---\nJob Responsibilities\n1. Relationship Management\nLead the client relationship and interface for assigned business segment(s) and additional initiatives\nEstablish a \"Trusted Advisor\" relationship with client counterparts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in compliance, programs, focused on but not limited to fire life safety\nCoordinate work and/or approvals between internal and/or external groups\n2. Program Management & Operations\nLead programs to create value for the client and ensure program deliveries meet or exceed expectations\nDrive adherence to established processes while demonstrating agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs\nProvide management and leadership direction for the design, development, and implementation of programs\nManage the approval process for all assigned projects and escalate risks throughout the organization appropriately\nCollaborate with account-wide team and proactively share and reapply all learnings, successes, and best practices\n3. Fire Life Safety Vendor Management\nServe as the primary point of accountability for all Fire Life Safety (FLS) vendor relationships, contracts, and performance\nOversee the selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of FLS vendors including inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) contractors\nEnsure all FLS vendors maintain current certifications, licenses, and insurance in accordance with applicable codes and client requirements\nManage and track completion of all FLS inspections, testing, and maintenance activities across the portfolio to ensure full compliance with NFPA, IFC, and local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date FLS records, inspection reports, deficiency logs, and corrective action documentation\nCoordinate with the EHS team and client stakeholders to resolve FLS deficiencies in a timely manner\nServe as the point of escalation for FLS-related incidents, regulatory findings, or vendor performance issues\nReview and approve FLS vendor scopes of work, proposals, and invoices in alignment with budget parameters\n4. Quality & Compliance\nDevelop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards\nConduct and manage regular compliance audits, site inspections, and gap analyses across the portfolio\nTrack and report on key compliance KPIs, corrective actions, and program performance metrics\nIdentify trends and patterns in compliance data; develop and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans\nEnsure timely completion and documentation of all regulatory reporting obligations\nCollaborate with operations, sourcing, and EHS teams to embed quality and compliance standards into day-to-day service delivery participation in RFPs etc. \nCompose, review, and maintain technical documentation including audit reports, compliance registers, and program manuals\nResponsible for oversight and completion of JLL JCAP Program\n5. Reporting & Executive Communication\nProvide regular executive-level dashboard and presentation reporting on program, compliance, and FLS performance\nManage and report on critical and key performance measurements\nPrepare and present compliance and FLS status updates to client and JLL leadership as required\n7. Other\nAny and all other duties and tasks assigned\n---\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nEducation\nLevel\nRequirement\nMinimum\nBachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) in a science, technical, or related discipline\nPreferred\nMaster's Degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Science, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field\nExperience\nLevel\nYears\nMinimum\n8 years of relevant experience in facilities management, compliance, or program management\nPreferred\n8+ years, with direct experience managing Fire Life Safety programs and/or vendor oversight\nSkills & Knowledge\nFacilities management, compliance program development, and/or program management\nFire Life Safety systems, codes, and vendor management (NFPA, IFC, AHJ requirements)\nBackground composing technical documentation, SOPs, audit reports, and compliance records\nAbility to recognize and diagnose trends, patterns, and compliance risks\nStrong analytical skills including root cause analysis and solution development\nOther Abilities\nDemonstrated client relationship management and trusted advisor skills\nOutstanding organizational and time management skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with technical, quality assurance, and operational personnel\nAbility to work independently and within a cross-functional team\nComputer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite\nAbility to work well in a demanding, fast-paced environment\nCertifications/Licenses\nPreferred: CFPS (Certified Fire Protection Specialist), CFM (Certified Facility Manager), or equivalent compliance/FLS certification\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
