What this job involves: As the Food and Beverage (F&B) Program Manager, you will be a key leader within our Workplace Experience Team, dedicated to delivering a premier culinary experience that fuels productivity and fosters community. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive food and beverage programs that align with JLL's commitment to creating exceptional workplaces. You will champion daily operational excellence, build strong vendor relationships, and drive sustainability initiatives that resonate with our client's culture. By curating innovative dining programs and maintaining high service standards, you will directly impact employee satisfaction and well-being, elevating the workplace into a vibrant destination.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Primary responsibility of creating professional solutions for daily F&B operations.

• Define F&B manpower & product specifications with Service level agreement for café services.

• Define catering checks & controls and prepare checklist and guide to conduct cafeteria audit.

• Prepare F&B operational manual or handbook to complete various cafeteria operations.

• Develop initiatives to reduce food waste for all cafeterias.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, corporate hospitality, or high-volume dining operations.

• Proven track record of managing third-party vendor relationships, performance metrics, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing operational budgets, labor models, and cost controls.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse workplace experience teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing corporate cafeteria or campus dining operations within the San Francisco Bay Area.

• In-depth knowledge of sustainable food systems, local sourcing, and California-specific composting and waste-reduction regulations.

• Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing cafe transitions, or vendor on-boarding.

• Creative culinary vision with a passion for emerging food trends, diverse menu curation, and dietary inclusivity.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Expected compensation for this position:

120,000.00 - 135,000.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
