By curating innovative dining programs and maintaining high service standards, you will directly impact employee satisfaction and well-being, elevating the workplace into a vibrant destination.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nPrimary responsibility of creating professional solutions for daily F&B operations.\nDefine F&B manpower & product specifications with Service level agreement for café services.\nDefine catering checks & controls and prepare checklist and guide to conduct cafeteria audit.\nPrepare F&B operational manual or handbook to complete various cafeteria operations.\nDevelop initiatives to reduce food waste for all cafeterias.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, corporate hospitality, or high-volume dining operations.\nProven track record of managing third-party vendor relationships, performance metrics, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nStrong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing operational budgets, labor models, and cost controls.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse workplace experience teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience managing corporate cafeteria or campus dining operations within the San Francisco Bay Area.\nIn-depth knowledge of sustainable food systems, local sourcing, and California-specific composting and waste-reduction regulations.\nStrong project management skills, with experience overseeing cafe transitions, or vendor on-boarding.\nCreative culinary vision with a passion for emerging food trends, diverse menu curation, and dietary inclusivity.\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
