This is a hands-on role that provides exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle.\nAdministration Support\nAssist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including Project Delivery Plans, Monthly Status Reports, and Anticipated Cost Reports.\nSupport preparation of meeting agendas, presentation materials, and correspondence.\nMaintain organized project files and document management systems (SharePoint, Project Toolkit).\nTrack and follow up on outstanding actions from meetings and maintain action logs.\nAssist in the preparation and processing of RFP documents, purchase orders, and variation documentation.\nHelp maintain up-to-date risk registers and project programmes.\nCoordination Support\nCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of information and approvals.\nAssist the Project Manager in liaising with clients and internal JLL teams on day-to-day project matters.\nSupport scheduling and logistics for site visits, inspections, and project meetings.\nMonitor and track project milestones, flagging potential delays to the Project Manager.\nAssist with procurement coordination, including tracking tender submissions and vendor correspondence.\nSite Visits & Reporting\nConduct regular site visits to monitor construction and fit-out progress on behalf of the project team.\nTake photographs on site to document progress, quality, and any issues observed.\nPrepare clear and structured site visit reports, including photographic evidence and written observations.\nRecord and report on health, safety, and environmental conditions observed on site.\nIdentify and escalate any quality or safety concerns to the supervising Project Manager.\nMinutes of Meeting\nAttend project meetings (weekly project meetings, PCG meetings, design reviews) and take accurate minutes.\nPrepare and distribute meeting minutes in a timely manner following each meeting.\nMaintain a log of meeting action items and track completion status.\nEnsure minutes are filed appropriately within the project document management system.\nKey skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nAbility to take clear, concise, and accurate meeting minutes.\nGood organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nComfortable working on construction sites and conducting site visits.\nEye for detail when reviewing documents and photographic records.\nPositive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.\nEmployee specification\nCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nNo prior work experience required; previous internship or part-time exposure to the construction or real estate industry is an advantage.\nProficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office tools; experience with project management software is a plus.\nAbility to commit to the full internship duration and attend site visits as required.\nLocation:\nOn-site -Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
