The role supports project planning, execution, contractor management, documentation control, scheduling, safety compliance, stakeholder communication, and project reporting. The incumbent will work closely with Facilities Operations, Engineering, EHS, Procurement, Vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and without disruption to manufacturing operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Coordination & Execution\nCoordinate Facilities projects from initiation through completion.\nMonitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.\nTrack project progress and highlight risks, delays, or concerns to project management.\nSupport execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Process Utility, HVAC, Cleanroom, Fire Protection, and Building Infrastructure projects.\nEnsure project activities align with Intel standards, site requirements, and operational constraints.\nFacilitate daily, weekly, and monthly project review meetings.\nContractor & Vendor Management\nCoordinate contractors during project execution.\nEnsure contractors comply with site safety requirements, permits, and work procedures.\nVerify contractor manpower deployment and work progress.\nSupport RFQ, proposal evaluation, and vendor onboarding activities.\nMonitor contractor performance and close outstanding action items.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain project documentation, including: Project schedules Meeting minutes Risk registers Action trackers Change requests Project reports\nEnsure engineering drawings, method statements, HIRARC, BAR, CCUA, and relevant project documents are updated and retained.\nPrepare project status reports and management presentations.\nEducation\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering Facilities Engineering Construction Management Engineering Technology Related Engineering Discipline\nExperience\nMinimum 3-5 years experience in: Semiconductor Facilities Cleanroom Facilities Industrial Construction Facilities Management Critical Environment Operations\nTechnical Knowledge\nKnowledge in one or more of the following systems:\nHVAC Systems\nChilled Water Systems\nCleanroom Systems\nProcess Cooling Water (PCW)\nCDA Systems\nExhaust Systems\nDI Water Systems\nElectrical Distribution Systems\nFire Protection Systems\nBuilding Management Systems (BMS)\nProcess Utility Systems\nRequired Skills\nProject Management\nScheduling and planning\nProject tracking and reporting\nRisk management\nChange management\nBudget monitoring\nLocation:\nOn-site -Kulim, MalaysiaAt JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
