Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.\nWe are looking for a Project Coordinator - Enterprise Applications to join our global IT team and support the delivery of project initiatives and operational governance for our clients and internal stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide project and product support across multiple teams, assisting project teams with documentation and status updates.\nMaintain documentation, including project artifacts, process documents, and governance records, ensuring content is current, organized, and accessible.\nTrack audit deliverables, coordinating evidence collection and due dates with project and platform teams.\nMonitor operational governance milestones and adherence to standards across projects and platforms, escalating gaps as necessary.\nManage small-scale Enterprise Application projects and initiatives across Microsoft, work management, and business intelligence platforms.\nDevelop, define, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identify the resource needs for projects, assist in defining project roles. Ensure the timely delivery of projects within the defined scope and budget constraints.\nMonitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Provide regular reports on project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.\nIdentify and track project risks, including helping develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and report on project risks and issues and escalate as necessary. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.\nEngage with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and expectations.\nCollaborate with Platform owners and technical stakeholders to understand the roadmap and align product and services vision.\nSupport feature roll-outs via the approved change management process, including user training and post-rollout support.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement. Stay informed on emerging tools, including AI, that can improve project delivery.\nQualifications and Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 2-4 years of general professional experience, including experience with Microsoft technologies such as Office 365.\nExperience in project coordination, project management, or team leadership.\nExperience maintaining project documentation in SharePoint and supporting audit or governance tracking.\nWorking knowledge of Office 365, collaboration and work management technologies, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams, Microsoft Purview, Box, Webex, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.\nWorking knowledge of Office 365 security, compliance, and governance, including familiarity with retention policies, DLP, and legal hold.\nPossess a good understanding of JLL business lines and business user personas.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.\nPreference will be given to candidates who have PMP or CAPM certification.\nLocation:\nOn-site -Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:\n40If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
