They will also be responsible for the administration of the project managers ensuring the team as a whole is successful in its goals and objectives.\nThe role ensures efficient and consistent updates on all project activities to meet the contractual obligations, helping to achieve the Client’s regional on time project delivery objectives, financial management and control, data consistency and risk management.\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nOwnership\nAssist the Project Managers to develop the project plans\nIn advance of the project commencement load all projects onto the PMWeb\nConstantly monitor the progress of all projects under their control\nEnsure regular review of data\nProvide analytics review\nCollate and review supply chain quotes\nUnderstand the local client’s key business drivers\nSupport the FM and Clients team to upload small works where applicable to OVP\nClient/Stakeholder Management\nServes as primary point of contact for JLL for the JPMC Account with regards to projects\nAccountable for PMWeb regularly updated to meet contractual obligations of JLL for the JPMC Account\nManage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client’s organization\nWork with the project managers to plan, schedule and constantly review the capital plan works and especially those allocated to JLL\nWork with the D&C team to develop a plan, schedule and consistently review the BAU/small works plan\nDevelop and maintain a detailed understanding of the Client’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services\nFinancial Management\nWork with the project managers/owners to collate, review and upload quotes for projects\nProvide reports and gaps in project financial process\nHelp support the agreed country growth targets for their sub-regions.\nDevelop and understanding of the services provided by Jones Lang LaSalle.
