This role works closely with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support planning, execution, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.\nThis position is ideal for an early-career project professional with foundational project experience who is ready to take on increased responsibility and grow toward a Project Manager role.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nSupport Project Managers in executing projects from initiation through closeout. \nCoordinate project schedules, task tracking, and milestone updates. \nAssist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting. \nPrepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations. \nSchedule and coordinate project meetings; prepare agendas and capture meeting minutes. \nSupport communication between internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors. \nTrack risks, issues, and action items and follow up as needed. \nAssist with procurement activities, vendor documentation, and contract administration. \nMaintain organized and accurate project files and records. \nSupport site visits, audits, and quality or safety reviews as required. \nApply project management tools, systems, and best practices consistently. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, administration, Engineering, Business, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience. \n1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related role. \nStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. \nEffective written and verbal communication skills. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment. \nAttention to detail and strong follow-through. \nValid driver's license and ability to travel\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting construction, administration environment, facilities, or infrastructure projects. \nFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira). \nKnowledge of basic budgeting, scheduling, or procurement processes. \nCAPM certification or active pursuit of project management credentials. \nExposure to data centers critical infrastructure, or corporate facilities environments. \nInterest in sustainability or energy-efficient building practices. \nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
