The successful candidate will support project delivery from conception through completion, ensuring quality execution within budget and timeline parameters while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management & Execution\nAssist in managing end-to-end commercial fit-out projects including office spaces, retail outlets, and corporate facilities\nCoordinate civil and interior works including partitions, flooring, ceiling systems, HVAC integration, electrical installations, and specialized interior elements\nDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestone adherence and timely delivery\nMonitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, implementing corrective measures when necessary\nConduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications\nStakeholder Management\nServe as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams\nFacilitate regular project review meetings and provide comprehensive status updates to senior management\nManage client expectations through proactive communication and issue resolution\nCoordinate with building management, local authorities, and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and clearances\nTechnical Oversight\nReview architectural drawings, technical specifications, and MEP coordination drawings\nEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and JLL quality standards\nSupervise contractor performance and workmanship quality across all trades\nManage design changes and variations through proper change order processes\nOversee material procurement, quality verification, and timely delivery to site\nFinancial Management\nAssist in budget preparation and cost estimation for project components\nMonitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures\nReview and process contractor invoices and payment applications\nPrepare regular financial reports and variance analysis\nTeam Leadership\nGuide and mentor junior team members and site supervisors\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and specialists\nFoster collaborative working relationships across all project stakeholders\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field\nMinimum 6 years of hands-on experience in commercial fit-out project management\nProven track record managing projects ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet\nExperience with Grade A office buildings, corporate headquarters, and retail fit-outs preferred\nTechnical Skills\nComprehensive knowledge of civil and interior construction methodologies\nProficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)\nAdvanced skills in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and project collaboration platforms\nUnderstanding of MEP systems integration within interior environments\nKnowledge of Indian building codes, safety regulations, and local authority procedures\nCore Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nClient-focused approach with strong relationship management skills\nProven leadership abilities and team collaboration experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification or equivalent project management credential\nExperience with sustainable building practices and green building standards\nBackground working with multinational corporations and consulting firms\nFamiliarity with JLL systems and processes (preferred but not essential)\nLocation:\nOn-site -Mumbai, MHScheduled Weekly Hours:\n48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
