The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project delivery including planning, execution, stakeholder management, commissioning, and handover for mission-critical facilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage end-to-end delivery of Data Center construction and fit-out projects\nLead project planning, execution, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities\nCoordinate CSA, MEP, ELV, and utility infrastructure works across multiple stakeholders\nManage critical systems including UPS, generators, cooling systems, switchgear, fire suppression, and BMS/EPMS systems\nOversee testing & commissioning activities including IST, load bank testing, and integrated systems validation\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, operators, vendors, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle\nEnsure compliance with Data Center standards, local regulations, and client technical requirements\nMonitor project risks, change management, quality performance, and construction safety\nManage procurement and delivery of long-lead equipment and critical infrastructure systems\nMaintain project documentation including schedules, reports, RFIs, submittals, and handover records\nRequirements:\nMinimum 7 years of project management experience in Data Center or mission-critical projects\nExperience managing fast-track construction projects and complex stakeholder environments\nFamiliar with Tier standards, commissioning processes, and critical facility operations\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline\nPMP or relevant project management certification is preferred\nGood English communication skills are required\nPossession of a valid Construction Practice Certificate (Chứng chỉ hành nghề hoạt động xây dựng) issued in Vietnam is preferred\nClass I or Class II Project Management Certificate (Quản lý dự án xây dựng Hạng I / II) is highly preferred depending on project scale\nExperience working on projects requiring approval from Vietnamese authorities and industrial zone management boards\nAbility to coordinate with local authorities including Department of Construction, Fire Prevention Police (PCCC), and utility agencies\nLocation:\nOn-site -Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
