The PM is responsible for day-to-day project execution under the direction of the senior PM. This role will work closely with team leadership, clients, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, safely, efficiently and in alignment with JLL standards.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nProject Coordination & Documentation\nExecute project delivery activities through planning, execution and closeout phases in accordance with approved project plans and senior leadership direction.\n\nMaintain project plans, logistics coordination, and integrated schedules; track milestones and escalate schedule or budget risks to senior project leadership.\n\nManage project meetings, milestone events, and site visits; track action items and support communication across clients, vendors, and internal teams.\n\nCoordinate closeout deliverables including as-builts, O&M manuals, and warranties.\n\nIdentify project risks and support mitigation planning and issue resolution with senior project leadership.\n\nFinancial & Procurement Support\nTrack and manage project financials, change orders, and contract deliverables to support financial performance, contract compliance, and successful project delivery.\n\nCoordinate vendor onboarding, purchase orders, contract records, and compliance documentation.\n\nSupport RFP and procurement activities including bid coordination, bid leveling, and vendor documentation.\n\nProject Execution & Field Support\nFacilitate schedule execution through milestone tracking and coordination across project teams and vendors.\n\nSupport field QA/QC, commissioning coordination, and contractor activities for key project milestones.\n\nClient Communication & Safety Participation\nPromote site safety requirements and safe work practices throughout the project.\n\nServe as day-to-day point of contact for client, contractor, vendor and project stakeholder communication on behalf of the senior PM; and prepare progress reports, presentations, and briefing materials with project leadership.\n\nParticipate in site safety protocols, MOP reviews, shutdown planning, and LOTO awareness during site visits; support safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout project lifecycles.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n3-5 years of experience in construction, facilities, or project management; mission-critical or data center environment exposure preferred.\n\nUnderstanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems fundamentals.\n\nExperience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and supporting procurement or RFP processes.\n\nFamiliarity with construction documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking.\n\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects in fast-paced, geographically distributed team environments.\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and similar project management and document-control tools.\n\nWillingness to work extensively in active construction site environments (up to 80% onsite as required) and travel for projects outside the local region (up to 50% as needed).\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with projects involving significant mechanical/electrical or critical systems scopes.\n\nExposure to data centers, hospitals, or other 24/7 operational environments with fast-track project delivery.\n\nWorking knowledge of commissioning, testing, and quality control procedures.\n\nExperience supporting vendor selection, RFP/RFQ processes, and purchase order or contract administration.\n\nInterest in developing specialized expertise in mission-critical facility management.\n\nPursuing or intending to pursue CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project management certification.\n\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
