Als Projectmanager bij JLL sta je centraal in complexe verbouwingen en verhuizingen binnen life sciences-bedrijven. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt, veilig blijft en voldoet aan alle regelgeving.\nWat ga je doen?\nJe projecten Je beheert projecten van €50K tot ruim boven de €5M. Van ruimte-optimalisatie tot complete laboratorium- en kantoorverbouwingen. Elke dag coördineer je tussen verschillende partijen: aannemers, wetenschappers, IT-collega's en management. Jij zorgt dat iedereen begrijpt wat er gebeurt en waarom.\nJe stelt projectplannen op, bepaalt budgetten en houdt alles op koers. Complexiteit schrikt je niet af-sterker nog, je floreert in omgevingen met strikte veiligheids- en compliance-eisen. FDA-richtlijnen, cGMP-vereisten en cleanroom-protocollen zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.\nJe rol Je bent meer dan alleen een planner. Je vormt de schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering. Klanten vertrouwen op jouw advies over hoe ze hun ruimtes het beste kunnen inrichten en gebruiken. Je analyseert data, signaleert kansen en vertaalt dat naar concrete verbeteringen.\nTegelijkertijd begeleid je teams door verandering. Want een verbouwing is meer dan muren verplaatsen-mensen moeten zich thuis voelen in hun nieuwe omgeving. Je zorgt voor heldere communicatie, pakt zorgen aan en creëert enthousiasme.
