Property Manager

Objective :
- To provide an efficient and effective Property Management service, ensuring professional and proactive management approach.
Accountabilities :
- Maintains the Management office and is responsible for all day-to-day operations and activities
- Maintains an effective command over all services (housekeeping, security, M&E, customer care services, horticulture, club house management, fire fighting services, etc.)
- Monitor activities towards effective service delivery
- Proactive liaison with local municipal authorities
- Assists in administration activities
- Monitors invoice processing for management approval
- Assists with the administration of inventory control programs and systems
- Coordinates approval of contracts, notices and other time-sensitive documents
- Tracks the AMC / Warranty / Defect Liability Period of the installed equipment and coordinate for appropriate actions accordingly
- Writes vendor contract specifications
- Manages critical relationships with client, residents and key vendors
- Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors
- Responds quickly to emergency situations
- Works with Subject Matter Experts to coordinate all building fire/life safety drills
- Schedules and coordinates meetings/special events as requested
- Ensures quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution
