This includes leadership of the Regional Projects Lead, who will maintain functional alignment with the wider Projects vertical.\nMain Duties:\nProvides regional engineering leadership across JAPAC, overseeing team staffing, performance, development, and succession planning while driving global standards and best practices.\nEnsures effective operation and maintenance of critical building infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, UPS, generators, HV/LV systems) and drives compliance with regulatory, contractual, and safety standards.\nManages PPM compliance (95% target) and reactive maintenance, acting as regional escalation point for engineering issues and overseeing specialist service provider performance.\nLeads asset management initiatives, ensuring accurate CMMS data, asset lifecycle visibility, and reliability strategies (preventive/predictive maintenance, risk-based planning, condition assessments).\nDevelops and maintains a rolling five-year capital asset replacement plan and provides engineering input into capital investment planning and infrastructure improvements.\nIdentifies and manages engineering/infrastructure risks, supporting regional energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives aligned with client and global goals.\nOversees regional engineering programs and project delivery, including supervising the Regional Projects Lead and ensuring proper planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.\nReviews project business cases, budgets, and schedules, ensuring coordination between engineering, facilities, and project teams, and proper commissioning/handover of completed projects.\nPartners with Account Director and leadership to align priorities with client objectives, providing performance reporting on compliance, risk, capital planning, and program delivery.\nSupports budget planning, cost optimisation, and financial forecasting, while leading team engagement, capability development, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.\nSound like you?
