This multi-faceted position acts as the central hub of communication and administrative support for our retailers, contractors, and visitors, ensuring accurate information flow and maintaining essential centre databases. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and we embrace more innovative ways of working to prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career.\nAn overview of the role:\nServe as the primary point of contact for the centre, delivering high-quality customer service at the reception desk and managing inquiries from customers, retailers, and contractors.\nMaintain accurate centre databases, coordinate contractor compliance management, and conduct comprehensive store manager inductions.\nManage daily banking of rental payments, raise purchase orders, and drive key accounts payable and receivable functions in coordination with the Administration Manager.\nAssist the Centre Manager, Operations Manager, and Marketing Manager with general administrative tasks, including preparing accurate minutes for weekly meetings and executing centre risk audits or promotional events.\nCoordinate tenancy compliance by conducting weekly audits, communicating requirements clearly to tenants, and managing public liability documentation.\nAdminister key operational systems, including car park management, security bookings, and processing CCTV downloads alongside relevant data release forms.\nOversee on-site health, safety, and security logistics, including updating the Proclaim database, maintaining the Go Kit and first aid supplies, and assisting with dangerous goods audits.\nSupport daily office logistics by managing lost property, handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents systematically, and ordering office stationery.\nSounds like you?
