This position is responsible fordeveloping maintenance plans and schedules based on recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance dataand KPIs. Key activities for this position include screening EAM work orders, auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality, estimate labor hours, materials, toolsand equipment for all assigned work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program. This role will work closely with Maintenance management, Maintenance Technicians, Control Systems Technicians and Operations teams to plan, coordinate and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtimewindows. This will help prevent unplanned downtime of material handling equipment and disruption to production activities.The RME Planner will have a strong focus on our leadership principles of Innovation, Bias for Actionand Ownership of their maintenance program.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nTravelup to 15% is required.\n\nMeasure and publish facility’s PI metrics to the management team; interpret data, troubleshoot process, and make recommendations based on findings.\n\nDevelop and maintainaccuracy of equipment metadata by regularly collecting and inputting information, such as:manufacturer, model, serial number, and system structure information. The data is maintainedin EAMand equipment is labeled/barcoded or identifiable in the facility.\n\nDevelop and maintainaccuracy of Work Order related data.\n\nUser Setup, Employees, Shifts, Crews, and Supervisors.\n\nAddingEquipment to PM Plans, Schedules, and Work Packages.\n\nDefining Scheduled due dates or initial meter points of system generated WOs.\n\nDevelop and maintainFC specific PM Plans, Schedules, Routes, and Work Packages.\n\nSupport management in the review of WO Data accuracy such as: Equipment on WOs, Booked Hours (Employee and Vendors), parts usage, WO type, closing codesand WO Comments.\n\nSupport management in the scheduling and assigning of work. Manage work orders in the system, ensure proper creation, planning, updateand closure of work orders.\n\nDevelop and maintainaccuracy of spare parts metadata by regularly collecting and inputting information, such as:supplier, catalog number, min/max quantities, pricing, manufacturer, and part numbers.\n\nDrive materials management process in the facilities store.\n\nCreate and or Generate Requisitions, POs, PO Receipts (EAM & Oracle).\n\nDevelop and maintainthe 5sof the store.\n\nWork with facilitiesteamto develop and maintainlists of critical spares.\n\nAudit materials management processwith regularly scheduled cycle counts.\n\nSupport management with data to implement corrective action as discovered in cycle counts, KPIsor other EAM data.\n\nWork with facilities team to reduce costs and improve parts quality.\n\nWorks with corporate EAM Business Analysts to roll out new functionality, standard object coding scheme, Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures and scheduling, and EAM reports.\n\nProvides software trainingsto end users and new EAM Administrators;serves as liaisonfor problem solving and escalation.\n\nCoach and educate staff on the EAM functions and best practices for performing tasks. Serves as Tier 1 EAMsupport for the facilities team.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent diploma\n\n2+ years’ experience planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.\n\n1 year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Including Outlook, Word, Excel)\n\nAbility to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays\n\nTravel up to 15% is required\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n2-year Associatedegree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering, or related fields.\n\n3+ years’ experience working with enterprise software and an understanding of standard work process.\n\nProject management experience.\n\n4+ years’ working experience working with enterprise asset management software suit.
