What this job involves

• Manage the team to ensure that service delivery standards are maintained
• Be the single point of contact for team members on all operational issues
• Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions with each of your team members as well as run regular team meetings
• Assist with new hire training and nesting, as well as the continued development and maintenance of policy and process documentation
• Assist and support other leaders and solicit a team culture between your peers
• Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with all stakeholders
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and lead/assist with the implementation of operational excellence programs
• Manage retention of talent and keep attrition levels to acceptable standards
• Provide reporting and data insights on team performance
• Oversight and backup support for the team on the following: o Address support tickets and escalate to IT support as required. Provide assistance in resolving and ensure issues associated with the system are resolved within agreed service levels. o Update MRI documentation as required (procedures, user guides and training documentations) o Process MRI related records (change requests, issues log, enhancement requests) o Thoroughly test fixes and enhancements updating test scripts prior to deployment to the live system. o Assist with system upgrades and service pack testing as required. o Identify key user processing issues that can be reduced by running short knowledge transfer sessions held via ‘Webex’. o Actively participate in requirements gathering and design of solutions, project deliverables, creating test documentation and executing testing across systems. o Work with the business to ensure thorough documentation and testing of enhancements and fixes to production releases. o Implement new initiatives o Ensure all policies and procedures are kept up to date o Implement Process improvements

Key Skills

• MRI software experience; understanding core MRI software functionality, database structure and table schema desirable
• Financial (accounts payable and accounts receivable) background, accounting background (CPA not required)
• SQL knowledge and experience
• Confident communicator with good presentation skills
