JLL is the brand name, and a registered trademark, of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated.\n What this job involves:\nEvaluate and work on potential investment opportunities with the Internal Capital markets team\nAssist transaction advisors in meetings, site visits, document preparation, data sourcing and collation\nAbility to co-ordinate and manage due diligence exercises\nPrimary and secondary research on Real estate investment related advisory\nDirect communication and frequent interaction with internal Capital markets team, Real estate developers, Investors (HNIs, Institutions, Banks, NBFCs, etc.), Lawyers, Consultants, etc.\nCoordination with real estate developers and financial institutions on documentation and due diligence towards ensuring smooth transaction closure\nFinancial modelling, PowerPoint presentations, and various internal memorandums / reporting\nSound like you?
