Senior Food and Beverage Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Food and Beverage Executive to lead strategic operations and drive excellence across our food and beverage portfolio. This senior leadership role requires a proven track record in hospitality management, operational excellence, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive food and beverage strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market trends. Oversee multiple outlets, restaurants, bars, and banquet operations while maintaining brand standards and profitability targets. Lead innovation initiatives to enhance guest experience and competitive positioning.

Financial Management Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective budget planning, cost control, and pricing strategies. Analyze financial performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions. Manage capital expenditure projects and ensure optimal return on investment.

Operations Excellence Ensure seamless daily operations across all food and beverage outlets while maintaining the highest quality and service standards. Implement standard operating procedures, quality assurance programs, and health and safety compliance measures. Monitor inventory management, supply chain efficiency, and vendor relationships.

Team Development Build and lead high-performing teams through recruitment, training, and performance management. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop succession plans and talent pipelines for critical positions.

Guest Experience Champion exceptional guest experiences through service innovation, menu development, and personalized offerings. Monitor guest feedback, implement improvement initiatives, and maintain strong guest relations.

Required Qualifications

Education Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (CHA, FMP) preferred.

Experience Must have worked a minimum of 2 years in a 5-star hotel environment with comprehensive food and beverage knowledge. Proven success managing multi-outlet operations in upscale hotels, resorts, or restaurant groups.

Skills and Competencies Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational capability. Proficiency in hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and industry best practices. Comprehensive understanding of luxury hospitality standards and 5-star service delivery expectations.
