The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in modern web technologies with preferrable knowledge of real estate investment/financial business processes, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered development tools.\nKey Responsibilities - Application Development Design and build scalable full stack applications using Node.js and React to support invest operations and business intelligence. Develop robust APIs and microservices that integrate with enterprise systems. Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces that enable efficient workflows for Research and Strategy, Transaction teams. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality.\nCloud Infrastructure & DevOps - Architect and implement IaC solutions using tools such as Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and management. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency across Cloud Platform environments (Azure preferred)\nAI-Powered Development - Utilize AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or similar platforms to enhance development productivity. Apply AI code generation and completion capabilities to accelerate feature development while maintaining code quality standards. Integrate AI tools into development workflows and share best practices with the team.\nTechnical Leadership - Provide technical guidance to development teams on architecture decisions, coding standards, and best practices including effective use of AI development tools. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate team capabilities.
