This role focuses on ensuring optimal building performance, equipment reliability, and delivering high-quality facility engineering services.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Operations & Maintenance\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in specialized area (HVAC, Electrical, or Forklift systems)\nComplete work orders efficiently, ensuring quality standards and timely completion\nConduct inspections to identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions\nMaintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation\nUtilize CMMS and digital tools to document maintenance activities, track equipment performance, and support data-driven maintenance planning\nLeverage diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and monitoring systems to identify performance issues and optimize equipment operation\nSupport predictive maintenance initiatives by monitoring equipment trends, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities to prevent failures\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, recommending process enhancements, and implementing best practices\nSafety & Compliance\nEnsure all maintenance activities comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards\nParticipate in safety meetings and follow established safety protocols\nReport incidents and participate in corrective measures to prevent recurrence\nMaintain required certifications and proper credentials\nAdhere to OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements\nActively contribute to a proactive safety culture by identifying hazards, recommending improvements, and ensuring adherence to all safety protocols\nComplete required safety training and stay current on regulatory changes affecting facility operations\nVendor & Budget Management\nCoordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized services\nAssist with service quotes and purchase requisitions\nSupport department budget management and maintenance cost control\nWork with vendors to maintain positive relationships\nMonitor spare parts inventory and order supplies as needed\nCollaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure work quality, timely completion, and adherence to specifications\nSupport procurement processes in accordance with JLL and client guidelines, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance\nClient Relations & Reporting\nServe as point of contact for facility engineering matters\nRespond to client requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner\nPrepare regular reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics\nParticipate in client meetings and property walks to assess facility needs\nRecommend capital improvements and building system upgrades\nDeliver exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication, setting appropriate expectations, and following through on commitments\nBuild collaborative relationships with facility management teams, operations staff, and client stakeholders to support seamless service delivery\nCross-Functional Collaboration and Teamwork\nWork effectively with cross-functional teams including facility management, operations, procurement, and other engineering staff to coordinate maintenance activities and support organizational objectives\nShare knowledge and technical expertise with team members to foster skill development and collaborative problem-solving\nParticipate in team meetings to align on priorities, share updates, and address operational challenges\nSupport onboarding and training of new team members by demonstrating proper techniques, safety procedures, and best practices\nEmbrace emerging technologies and digital tools that enhance operational efficiency, including AI-powered maintenance planning, monitoring systems, and automation solutions\nEmergency Response and Availability\nParticipate in scheduled on-call rotation to be available after hours for emergency situations and critical facility issues\nRespond promptly to facility emergencies, equipment failures, and urgent maintenance needs to minimize operational disruptions\nExercise sound judgment in emergency situations, implementing appropriate solutions and escalating issues when necessary\nAdditional Responsibilities\nPerform other duties as assigned by management, which may include administrative tasks, special projects, training activities, or support for other departments as business needs require\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
