Before you apply it’s also worth knowing what we’re looking for:\nRequired Experience (10+ years in real estate/project/program management)\nProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different project types and markets\nExperience with projects throughout the full real estate lifecycle (planning, design, construction, occupancy)\nTrack record of managing diverse stakeholder groups and building effective relationships at all levels\nDemonstrated success communicating with C-suite executives and managing their varying expectations\nExperience working across multiple markets, preferably globally, with ability to navigate regional differences\nComprehensive knowledge of real estate development processes, approvals, and regulations\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to connect strategic vision to tactical execution\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced organizational skills with ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments\nExpertise in project scheduling and budget management across varied project types\nAdvanced proficiency in Smartsheet and data analysis tools\nStrong contract management capabilities\nKnowledge of disciplined project management methodologies (Six Sigma, PMP certification preferred)\nExcellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nUnderstanding of standard business and accounting practices\nProficiency in AI tools and applications for project management, data analysis, and process optimization\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or engineering (advanced degrees preferred)\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
