These are multi-tenant services with internal applications depending on them every day, so reliability, security and careful change management sit at the centre of how we work.\nThe team is small and distributed, with members in several regions. This role is based in Tel Aviv and collaborates across those regions daily, which calls for strong written communication and a high degree of independence.\nAbout the role\nThis is a hands-on contractor role covering both engineering and quality across the full stack. You will build features end to end, from the React front end through to the C# .NET Core services and APIs behind them, and you will own the testing that proves those services behave correctly for the applications that consume them.\nEnd-to-end testing is a core part of the role rather than an afterthought. Alongside feature work, the team is delivering high-volume data operations whose results other applications depend on, so validating those flows, and automating that validation, carries the same weight as shipping the features themselves.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn quality end to end\nTest application and integration flows from end to end, across both feature work and high-volume data operations\nWrite and maintain automated web tests\nValidate that data processed in bulk lands correctly and stays available to the applications that read it\nBuild across the stack\nBuild and maintain single-page applications using React, JavaScript and TypeScript\nBuild and integrate REST APIs and backend services using C# .NET Core\nWrite clean, readable, well-tested code across the full stack\nUse GitHub day to day: branches, pull requests, reviews\nUse AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code to speed up coding, testing and documentation\nWork with the team\nWork with product, design and QA to turn requirements into working solutions\nTake part in code reviews and help hold the team's engineering standards\nKeep the team and stakeholders updated on progress, blockers and technical decisions\nWhat we're looking for\nRequired\nStrong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript and TypeScript\nProven experience building SPA architectures\nExperience designing, building and integrating APIs\nExperience with C# .NET Core backend services\nGood working knowledge of GitHub for version control and team collaboration\nClear written and spoken communication in English\nPreferred\nQA experience, including automated web testing\nExperience with AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar), including custom prompts and Skills, and agentic workflows for development, testing or documentation\nLoad testing\nKafka and/or AWS MSK\nPlaywright\nOctopus Deploy\nBuilding or configuring AI agents for developer productivity: automated code review, test generation, workflow automation\nHow we work: you should be comfortable with\nA distributed team with limited timezone overlap, and the asynchronous habits that requires\nHigh test coverage expectations on changed code\nServices with production users, extended while they are running\nSmall team, broad surface area, direct ownership\nLocation:\nOn-site -TEL AVIV, ISRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
