This role sits at the intersection of deep technical expertise and collaborative mentorship, where you'll take ownership of quality and governance throughout the Develop and Deliver phases while consulting on solution viability during Discover and Define activities. Beyond building sophisticated analytics solutions that transform how JLL and our clients make data-informed decisions, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating the capabilities of Analytics Developers and Specialist Analytics Developers across the team through coaching and knowledge sharing. Acting as deputy to the Team Lead when required, you'll partner closely with Account Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Sustainability Analytics, and key stakeholders including Azara product teams and Data Engineering to ensure seamless delivery of insights that drive measurable business value.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nLead technical delivery of complex analytics initiatives, defining solution architecture, data models and development standards while ensuring alignment with the Analytics Centre of Excellence Target Operating Model\nBuild the most technically sophisticated analytics solutions using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python and Databricks, setting the standard for quality and innovation across the team\nOversee quality assurance processes across your sub-team, conducting comprehensive code reviews, data validation and visualisation assessments to ensure all solutions meet production-ready standards before release\nConsult on new project intake by providing technical assessments of proposed solutions, advising on feasibility, effort estimation and optimal delivery approaches that inform prioritisation decisions\nMentor and develop Analytics Developers and Specialist Analytics Developers through coaching, knowledge sharing and structured feedback cycles that continuously raise analytics practice standards\nManage the publish and documentation process, ensuring all solutions are correctly deployed to the Azara production environment with comprehensive, accessible documentation\nDrive innovation by identifying and piloting opportunities to leverage AI and automation that deliver measurable efficiency gains across Analytics Centre of Excellence operations\nPartner with account teams, platform solutions teams and global stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical business solutions that deliver quantifiable value\nLead sprint developments within an agile framework, effectively managing multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication with peer Team Leads and the Senior Operations Lead\nRequired qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in analytics delivery with 1+ years in a senior or technical specialist capacity within a business intelligence or analytics team\nExpert-level proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI with demonstrated ability to deliver complex, governed analytics solutions to production standard\nStrong technical capabilities in SQL, Python and Databricks for data transformation, processing and advanced analytics\nProven track record of technical delivery within agile environments, including experience with sprint management and DevOps tooling\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated capacity to translate analytics into actionable business decisions and transformation\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while effectively managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining quality standards\nExperience integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and data models within large-scale analytics environments\nSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across business functions\nPreferred qualifications:\nDegree in data science, analytics, statistics, computer science or related field\nExperience with Microsoft Power Automate for building automation flows and process optimization\nFamiliarity with Microsoft DevOps or similar program management and version control platforms\nBackground in real estate analytics, property technology or related industries\nExperience driving data fluency initiatives and promoting data-informed culture across diverse stakeholder groups\nTrack record of implementing AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable operational improvements\nPrevious experience working in global, distributed teams across multiple time zones\nExperience mentoring junior team members and facilitating technical skill development\nLocation:\nOn-site -Belen, CRIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
