This is a tenant rep transaction management team supporting senior team members and brokers in identifying and securing space on behalf of our client. This position combines analytical rigor with client service excellence, where you'll assist in executing lease transactions, and acquisitions while building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders. You'll be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, preparing detailed financial analyses that showcase properties to their fullest potential. This opportunity offers significant exposure to senior-level decision makers and provides a strong foundation for advancing your commercial real estate career within our collaborative, globally-connected platform.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nConduct comprehensive market research and analysis to support transaction strategies and client advisory services\nPrepare detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and investment analysis for potential deals\nCoordinate due diligence processes, managing document requests and facilitating information flow between parties\nSupport senior brokers in client meetings, property tours, and negotiations letters of intent and leases alongside client\nMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and deal status reporting in CRM systems\nCollaborate with internal teams including research, marketing, and legal to ensure smooth transaction execution\nBuild and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and market contacts through professional communication\nAnalyze comparable sales and lease data to provide accurate market insights and lease estimates\nRequired qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field\n8+ years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders\nDetail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nUnderstanding of commercial real estate fundamentals including valuation methods and market dynamics\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nProfessional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree in Real Estate, MBA, or other relevant advanced degree\nPrevious experience with commercial real estate transactions or brokerage\nKnowledge of real estate software platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet, or Argus\nReal estate license or willingness to obtain upon employment\nExperience with financial analysis software and database management systems\nDemonstrated track record of building professional relationships and business development\nIndustry experience focused in the public institutions sector\nLocation: New York, NY\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
