You will support the Operations Maintenanceteam inby designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects. You will helptrain, andmentor service and contract technicians.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nPromote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures\n\nMaintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building\n\nLead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.\n\nInstall,maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.\n\nCreate and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used\n\nMaintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facility\n\nDevelop training plans for service technicians\n\nDevelop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets\n\nMove up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation\n\nTravel up to 20% at a minimum.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nAbility to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends,nightsand/or holidays\n\n3+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance\n\n3+ years of experience reading blueprints and schematics\n\n2+ years of work order management\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field\n\n5+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls\n\n2+ years of experience with electrical and electronic principles\n\n4+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field\n\nPreviousleadership experience\n\nPreviousvendor management experience\n\nExperience with robotic maintenance\n\nExperience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards\n\nExperience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)\n\nPhysicalDemands:\nRepetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking\n\nLifting parts and tools weighing on average 20 pounds, occasionally weighing up to 49 pounds\n\nDexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals) manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)\n\nWorking conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces\n\nStanding/walking on concrete surfaces for 10+ hour shifts\n\nWorking at heights (asstatedpreviously)\n\nPushing/pulling wheeled equipment and carts up to 100+ pounds\n\nManeuvering awkward or bulky equipment parts\n\nWorking in cramped positions under/behind machinery\n\nAt JLL, we work together to create a brighter future for our clients, colleagues, and communities.
