You'll develop project scope documents and schedules aligned with client objectives and budgets, oversee execution through construction completion, and coordinate seamlessly between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. You are an individual who sees the big picture, acts decisively, and creates an energized, collaborative environment. Your ability to manage relationships will enable seamless conflict resolution and development of strong client partnerships. You'll manage large projects with meticulous attention to detail, track budgets & cashflow, coordinate vendor RFPs, oversee general contractor activities, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain comprehensive documentation and financial tracking.\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience\n7+ years of relevant project management or construction management experience\nProven ability to prepare, track, and manage project budgets effectively\nStrong understanding of technical requirements for business relocations and construction projects\nHighly organized with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels\nDemonstrated ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and work independently and collaboratively\nProficiency with project management software including MS Project and Procore\nValid driver's license\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experience in commercial real estate or corporate construction management\nAccounting and forecasting experience\nFamiliarity with architectural drawings, furniture specifications, and space planning\nTrack record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments\nFlexibility with work hours and willingness to travel as projects require\nWhat You Can Expect From Us\nWe're an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture where we succeed together.
