This position facilitates communication and coordination between Headquarters (HQ) teams and LATAM Area teams to ensure successful implementation of data migration, change management, training, and functional requirements initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Coordination & Communication\nServe as primary liaison between HQ development teams and LATAM Cluster/Area teams for IWMS implementation activities \nInterface regularly with Church Cluster Ambassadors to maintain strong relationships with Area teams \nFacilitate communication and feedback loops between areas and HQ to support refinement of functional requirements \nCoordinate the dissemination of HQ-developed packages, instructions, and deliverables to regional teams \nData Migration & Requirements Management\nSupport preparation and validation of data migration activities within assigned geographic areas \nGather and consolidate feedback on functional requirements from Area teams back to HQ \nAssist in coordinating data migration strategy implementation across assigned properties and leases \nChange Management & Training Coordination\nImplement change management and training activities developed by HQ teams \nSupport Area teams in adoption and execution of training programs \nCoordinate with Change/Training leads within each Area team structure \nCoordinate local translation activities (via contractors or employee staff) of communication and/or training materials \nProgram Management\nManage timeline and deliverable coordination for assigned Wave/Phase implementation \nReport progress, risks, and outcomes to HQ team \nParticipate in regular meetings with HQ teams to receive instructions and share regional feedback \nRequired Qualifications\nExperience & Skills\n3-5 years of project management or program coordination experience \nExperience with enterprise software implementations (preferably IWMS or other real estate management systems) \nStrong communication and facilitation skills for cross-cultural, multi-time zone collaboration \nProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex deliverables \nGeographic & Schedule Requirements\nDoes not need to live and work \"in\" a specific LATAM country, but will need to work Latin America business hours to support daily operations of LATAM Area teams. \nFlexibility to participate in regular meetings with HQ teams across different time zones (specifically, Mountain Time Zone) \nUnderstanding of LATAM regional business practices and cultural considerations \nTechnical Requirements\nProficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms \nExperience with data migration and system implementation processes \nAbility to transition technical requirements into actionable regional implementation plans \nLanguage Requirements\nThis role requires proficiency in English plus the following language(s) for the LATAM cluster:\nSpanish required.
