Reporting to the Team Manager, this position will coordinate a team of analysts supporting JLL practices such as Consulting and Sustainability Analytics functions.\nThis is a working leadership position focused on mentoring, task coordination, and quality control while still performing analytical work alongside the team. The Team Lead will guide team members through day-to-day deliverables, perform quality reviews, and help maintain high-quality service delivery across client accounts. The role requires strong analytical abilities, solid communication skills, and the ability to support team members while meeting project deadlines.\nThe position requires collaboration with internal teams including JLL's Client Account and Operations groups to execute projects and deliver quality results to clients.\nEssential duties and responsibilities include:\nProject Coordination & Delivery:\nCoordinate daily project tasks and assignments for team analysts\nTrack project progress and communicate updates to Team Manager\nReview team deliverables for quality and accuracy before submission\nPerform analytical work on client projects as a contributing team member\nIdentify project issues early and escalate to Team Manager as needed\nSupport multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines\nTeam Coordination & Mentorship:\nGuide and mentor analysts on project work and analytical tasks\nProvide feedback to help team members improve their work quality\nHelp onboard and train new team members on processes and tools\nConduct regular check-ins with team members to answer questions and provide support\nSupport Team Manager with performance feedback for team members\nTechnical Support & Quality Control:\nServe as a resource for analytics tools and reporting methods\nDrive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency\nMaintain quality standards for team deliverables\nHelp troubleshoot technical problems and find solutions\nCreate and maintain templates and process documentation\nKeep up with relevant tools and methods in analytics and sustainability reporting\nDemonstrate quality work through your own deliverables\nClient Support & Communication:\nServe as trusted advisor to clients while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention outcomes\nAttend client meetings with Team Manager to understand project needs\nRespond to basic client questions and coordinate team support\nBreak down client requests into work tasks for the team\nEnsure deliverables meet client needs and are delivered on time\nHelp prepare client reports and presentations\nProcess Support & Continuous Improvement:\nSuggest ways to improve team workflows and efficiency\nSeek opportunities to transfer knowledge across Analytics teams to help others learn and grow professionally\nWork with regional leadership to support team development and implementation of standardized processes and technology across the team\nHelp implement new processes and tools\nCreate training materials and documentation for the team\nAssist Team Manager with workload planning\nTrack team progress and provide input on improvements\nThe successful candidate will have the following:\nRequired Qualifications:\n3-5 years of professional experience in analytics, consulting, or related field\nAt least 2 years of team leadership experience\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)\nExperience in sustainability reporting, compliance reporting, or consulting analytics\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines\nStrong attention to detail\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nProblem-solving skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with real estate or building performance analytics\nExperience with environmental reporting software and working with large datasets\nFamiliarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)\nPrevious experience as a team lead or senior analyst\nExperience supporting North American clients\nBasic understanding of project management\nBachelor's degree in Analytics, Environmental Science, Business, or related field\nKey Deliverables:\nDaily coordination of project tasks and team activities with quality oversight\nGuidance and mentorship to analysts to support their development\nQuality analytical deliverables that meet client expectations\nRegular updates to Team Manager on project status and team needs\nProcess documentation and improvements to help team efficiency\nLocation:\nOn-site -Belen, CRIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
