Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.\nTeam Lead, Investment Modeling\n(CMG JBS India - Hyderabad)\nAbout the Role\nYou'll join the CMG JBS team in India, reporting to the team Manager, providing backend real estate support to onshore users who manage real estate investment funds - spanning investor reporting, data management, portfolio and asset control, and transaction support across all property types. You'll work closely with global analysts, stakeholders, and leadership to support existing processes, drive pipeline effectiveness, and build your real estate expertise across asset classes such as multifamily, retail, office, hotel, and industrial.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild, maintain, and validate primary and secondary data sources for commercial real estate assignments.\nExtract information from public data sources, including real estate fund benchmarks.\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting for real estate funds across EMEA, APAC, and Americas.\nCoordinate with finance/accounting, asset managers, portfolio managers, strategy and research, and sustainability teams to build fund performance summaries and details.\nDeliver polished presentations with clear slide layout and design; maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.\nMentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support and training.\nContribute to process improvements and best practices within the team.\nAssist in managing stakeholder relationships and addressing queries.\nRequirements\n7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with proficiency in CRE processes: lease analysis, tenancy schedules, valuations, portfolio cashflow projections, operating statements, loan abstraction, Argus modeling, appraisal review, and other third-party report reviews (all asset types).\nPeople management experience, including performance reviews.\nDirect client communication experience on real estate investment funds.\nAdaptable and able to multi-task across multiple projects and clients.\nAdvanced Excel and financial modeling knowledge.\nQuantitative orientation, with knowledge of (or ability to learn) DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity, and Debt Returns.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to work independently and within a team under deadlines.\nDesire to work within a diverse, collaborative, driven professional environment.\nQualifications\nMBA in Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).\nRICS membership is a plus but not mandatory.\nWhat JLL Offers\nTotal Rewards program with competitive pay and benefits, in an entrepreneurial, inclusive work environment.\nLocation:\nOn-site -Hyderabad, TSScheduled Weekly Hours:\n40Job Tags:\nJBSIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
