This role supports Amazon's expansion into aerospace, life sciences, robotics, quantum computing, devices, and government industry sectors by supporting new construction, renovations, and facility modifications.\nYou will support project lifecycles-from initial programming and design through entitlements, permitting, bidding, and construction management-while ensuring alignment with client objectives and JLL's contractual Key Performance Indicators. This role involves contributing to project scheduling, budget management, andconsultant/contractor coordination, along with support of client stakeholder teams including IT, AV, Security, and Furniture. You will also provide due diligence support for new real estate transactions and contribute to best practices across the project management team. This position offers the opportunity to build client relationships while delivering quality real estate solutions.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nSupport project scheduling and contribute to project decisions based on owner objectives, including site improvements, entitlements, permits, consultant selection, design team management, and contractor selection and management\nDevelop and manage project budgets (hard costs, soft costs, and FF&E), monthly forecasts, detailed cash flow analysis, anticipated cost reports, and monthly progress reports\nAssist in assembling and managing teams of consultants and contractors while interfacing with architects, client staff, property managers, and vendors\nCoordinate with client internal stakeholder teams (IT, AV, Security, Furniture) to meet project requirements and timelines, and maintain strong client relationships including conflict resolution\nProvide on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are met and adherence to JLL's contractual KPIs (schedule adherence, budget adherence, customer satisfaction metrics)\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree from an accredited institution\n3+ years of professional experience in construction/engineering project management, real estate development, or architecture/design\nExperience supporting multiple concurrent construction or renovation projects\nFirm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry\nStrong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with internal and external clients at various levels\nHighly organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage differing business needs\nProficiency with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project\nAbility to multi-task while working within a team structure and independently, assuming complete responsibility for assignments of moderate complexity\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDegree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management\nExperience working in technical engineering, manufacturing, or government (DoD, IC, DoS, etc) environments PMI Certification\nExperience with sustainable building practices\nFamiliarity with best practices and standards of excellence in project delivery\nExperience conducting real estate due diligence exercises\nExperience coordinating with client stakeholder teams across multiple disciplines\nStrong contract negotiation skills with consultants, contractors, and vendors\nExperience with construction management software and project tracking tools\nLocation: Onsite\nAt JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way - for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees.
