此職務匯報給客戶端主管，負責執行廠務設備運轉維護管理工作，強調團隊合作。
職務說明
1. 廠務系統例行性保養及維修
2. 廠務系統改善及異常排除
3. 辦公室裝修及管理支援
4. 廠商管理
5. 總務管理
6. 租約管理: 定期發票請款、簽約與續約 (中文合約與跑流程為主)
7. 辦公室工程專案參與
8. 費用管理
9. 整理SOP文件
10. 找出現場問題，改善排除，並提出預防對策之能力
上班地點
新竹市、台中市、台南市、高雄市 (各一)
上班時段
日班、8:30 - 17:30
休假制度

電機電子維護相關,電機電子工程相關,機械工程相關, 空調工程相關
工作技能
供應商尋找及評選執行
採購並維護辦公事物及維修備品
電力工程裝修與控制
電動機及電氣相關知識

* 有一年以上總務、廠務運轉及機電或空調工程經驗
* 有責任心、工作及服務熱誠、邏輯能力強、溝通能力佳、能與團隊共同合作、抗壓性強
* 能經常性出差至外縣市者 (當天來回距離)
* 基本電腦操作能力 Windows / Office
* 具備英文讀寫能力者有加分，但須具備基本英文能力
* 具備電氣相關證照加分
* 具備Auto Cad能力者有加分
